Nata Lighting Co. Ltd., was found in 1998 and is the largest aluminum reflector manufacture in Zhongshan city. The products include downlight reflectors, spot light reflectors, industrial light cover, torch reflectors, metal halide lamp reflector, sector electric heater reflectors, pathway lamp cover and spinning accessories for lighting industry over thousands of products. The products are widely applied in commercial lighting, photography lighting, flood lighting, house lighting and stage lighting areas.
The company accumulates many years of experience in reflector design and development. In order to achieve the luminous intensity distribution and meet the function requirements of beam angel, A 3D computer modeling is used to simulate the lamp illuminant, by tracking the path of beam refraction and adjusting the reflector curvature technical parameter. Therefore, the lamp optical luminosity is effectively increased while discomfort glare decrease. The reflectors could be engrave as diamond, beehive, line, dot and the surface could be anodized as the color of champagne, golden and copper.
Our factory has established a full set of aluminum reflector production line, which includes Mould Making Department and also the line of Spinning , Punching, Hydraulic Stretch, Machine Polished, Sandblast, Aluminum Anodized and Vacuum Platting.
